Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info (if applicable). Orders are shipped from either the UK or the US, depending on your location.

Where We Ship From

We currently fulfill orders from two warehouses:

UK: Orders placed from the UK or Europe are shipped from our London stock.

US: Orders placed from the United States are shipped from our Florida stock.

Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

UK & EU Orders (from London)

• Standard: 2–4 business days (UK)

• EU: 5–7 business days

US Orders (from Florida)

• Standard: 3–5 business days (via USPS or similar)

International Orders

Currently, we do not ship internationally beyond the UK, EU, and US. Please contact us if you have a special request.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We’re not responsible for courier or customs delays, but if your tracking hasn’t updated in 10+ business days, please contact greenthumb.general@gmail.com and we’ll look into it.
